*RESEARCH NOTES: There appears to be close affinity
between this family and the
family of Alan BLOOR
Alan BLOOR is working on the FLETCHER surname
and William FLETCHER was witness to the marriage
of William DEAN to Hannah BLOOR, direct line child # 5,
above. Also, Hannah BLOOR, had residence at time
of marriage: West Hallam, (Shardlow district), Derbyshire,
England. A thorough study of all records in this area,
including census records, by parties interested, would be
most appreciated. Information from the Dale Abbey
original registers were provided by the gracious courtesy
of Alan Bloor, from copies made 20 years ago in the church
vestry and later copied again into his notes.
